Challenges :

• Design of leather variant for Cockpit Upper as their area some critical areas for tooling for sliders.

  Maintain consistent cross-sectional area in defrost air channel to ensure uniform airflow and avoid pressure drop.

  Glovebox locking fixations.

  Fixations for ambient light with main carrier

Project Description:

• Design of Cockpit Verkleidng and footwell covers for proto and serial phase.

Challenges :

• Tooling for verkleidung as there are more sliders and need to check space for slider movements.

  Alignment of speaker and diagnosis connector positions for footwell cover.

Project Description:

• Design of Cockpit parts for proto and serial phase with fixations and tool feasibility along with concepts.
